Easy as Pie Lasanga:
1 lb ground beef or turkey1/2 c chicken broth1 can stewed tomatos1 cup tomato sauce1 small can tomato paste1 medium onion1 cup mushrooms1 tbs Basil1 tbs Oregano1 tbs Minced garlicUncooked Lasanga Noodles1 15 oz container of Ricotta Cheese2 and 1/2 cups shredded Mozzerella1/4 cup hot water
Cook Beef in large skillet until brown. Drain and add spices, sauce, stewed tomatoes and broth. Mix well. Spread 1/3 of of meat sauce in 11x7 baking dish. layer with noodles, half each of ricotta cheese and mozzerella cheese. Repeat. Cover tightly with lid or foil and bake at 375 for 45 Minutes. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
Serve with Garlic bread
