Easy as Pie Lasanga


Easy as Pie Lasanga:




1 lb ground beef or turkey
1/2 c chicken broth
1 can stewed tomatos
1 cup tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 medium onion
1 cup mushrooms
1 tbs Basil
1 tbs Oregano
1 tbs Minced garlic
Uncooked Lasanga Noodles
1 15 oz container of Ricotta Cheese
2 and 1/2 cups shredded Mozzerella
1/4 cup hot water

Cook Beef in large skillet until brown. Drain and add spices, sauce, stewed tomatoes and broth. Mix well. Spread 1/3 of of meat sauce in 11x7 baking dish. layer with noodles, half each of ricotta cheese and mozzerella cheese. Repeat. Cover tightly with lid or foil and bake at 375 for 45 Minutes. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes.

Serve with Garlic bread
